advice的动词是advise。

advise v.（1）to tell somebody what you think they should do in a particular situation劝告，忠告，建议例如：The minister advised him to leave as soon as possible.部长建议他尽快离开。I would strongly advise against it.我会强烈建议不要这样做。

（2）to give somebody help and information on the subject that you know a lot about出主意，提出建议，提供咨询例如：She advises the government on environmental issues.他是政府的环境问题顾问。

（3）to officially tell somebody something通知，正式告知例如：Please advise us any change of address.如地址有变，进去告知。
